My wife and I, met a couple of friends their for dinner, we have been the to restaurant on main Street in Dayton, so we met at the restaurant in Troy, Ohio.
My wife ordered the Pollo cazumel and she enjoyed it very much, I ordered the carne asada, it's not what I normally order I wanted to try something else.
Of course there food came very fast and hot, but was disappointed with the carne asada, the meat was tuff, there was a lot of grissel. I was disappointed. I still gave it for Stars because the service was fantastic, the food was hot, and the restaurant itself was warm and inviting. -

La fiesta is a solid Mexican restaurant. It has so much more going on it than your average Mexican restaurant. The inside is always pumping with energy. The outside patio is a perfect place to relax as you enjoy your tacos. And the upstairs/outside roof patio is a one of kind bar scene that features live bands, soft lighting and a friendly party atmosphere. (Summers only)
The street tacos, fish tacos, and shrimp tacos are knock your socks off good. For a Ohio Mexican restaurant you can get much closer to Mexico than this. Num num num. They have a huge menu that features something for everyone. Ask most people in Troy what there favorite place is, and a lot are gonna point you in the direction of la fiesta! Check it -

Did the fish tacos tonight. These are the very best fish tacos in Troy! Tilapia Yummyness in a taco! Ooo, go fetch ya some!!!
My granddaughter and I had lunch today at La Fiesta. I've eaten here a zillion times since they opened about 20 years ago. It's fast, very good and the price is right!
The building was once a Pizza Hut but with all the changes over the years it's hard to tell.
When they seat you they immediately bring homemade salsa and chips. The salsa is tomatoey and has just right amount of heat. It's good!
My granddaughter chicken fingers, rice, a taco and lemonade. She said it wasn't too spicy and delicious.
I had Ceviche with camarones (shrimp) tostadas, lettuce, avocado and jalapeño. It's easily the best Ceviche I've had outside Mexico. It's just plain delicious.
The service was fast and on point. I'll be back again and again! I had a great time with my granddaughter and La Fiesta helped with that! -
